- 1 or 2 cups of any greens like spinach, kale or chard (frozen or not)
- 2 bananas
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of almond butter, or peanut butter if you like to party
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- coconut water (just enough to make it smooth)
- Put ice cubes into a blender or food processor and blend until crushed.
- Add ingredients and blend until smooth.
