Veggie Smoothie


  • 1 or 2 cups of any greens like spinach, kale or chard (frozen or not)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of almond butter, or peanut butter if you like to party
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • coconut water (just enough to make it smooth)


  1. Put ice cubes into a blender or food processor and blend until crushed.
  2. Add ingredients and blend until smooth.

Use this portable blender.
